Dom oversees the firm’s operational activities, including finance, compliance, human capital, and investor relations. His extensive legal and tax background, as well as his experience with large fund administrators, have given him a strong understanding of the design and implementation of a robust compliance/risk management framework.

After working as Senior Tax Manager in Deloitte’s financial services’ corporate tax services division, he spent 15 years as CFO and then CCO of Stafford Capital Partners, an international multi-asset class private equity firm. He then founded Thaddeus Martin Compliance to support private equity and venture capital managers in integrating compliance, risk management, and sustainability into their organizations.

A Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW, he attended the University of Technology, Sydney and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business and in Laws & Legal Practice.
