Chris is head of trading and a key leader in the firm’s Digital Asset Strategy. He has been involved in financial markets since 2004, starting his career in Equity Derivatives at Deutsche Bank, followed by Morgan Stanley in Australia. Chris spent 9 years in Hong Kong holding senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, specialising in equity derivatives, delta-one, and macro thematic idea generation throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He was one of the founding partners and a portfolio manager at Reminiscent Capital, a macro hedge fund. From his network in Hong Kong, Chris was introduced to crypto in 2017 and has been actively investing in the asset class for the last six years.

Having grown up in Sydney, Chris graduated from The University of Technology Sydney.
