Alex brings broad experience in general corporate lending to his responsibilities for the firm’s legal operations.

Before joining King River, he was Legal Counsel at Export Finance Australia, helping small to medium-sized companies get access to foreign markets. Prior to that, he was a lawyer in Hamilton Locke’s finance and restructuring practice, where he acted for private credit funds in the venture debt space.

Alex has a JD from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Business from The University of Technology, Sydney. He loves exploring the outdoors with his dog, Jasper.
