Chris has been an invaluable board member, advisor and mentor to Ofload, and to myself, since King River Capital joined our cap table in 2021. He brings a grounded and rational perspective to the challenging problem we're trying to solve - creating a zero-waste road freight landscape in Australia - and the ambitious plans we have to do so. From his role on our Board, to our numerous informal touchpoints, Chris' global expertise and focus have continued to bring benefits to Ofload, to myself and to my team.

Chris brings extensive global experience and network to his founder relationships. As a seasoned venture investor, he has a long track record of helping portfolio companies raise capital, build profitable businesses, expand markets, and generate strong returns.

He spent the first 19 years of his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Partner based in London, Frankfurt, and Moscow and led the European Financial Institutions investment banking group. He has co-launched two fund management platforms and led investor syndicates in multi-stage software ventures via CKA Capital.

Chris obtained a BSc in Physics from Brown and an MSc in Physics from Harvard. When not meeting founders on KRC’s Surry Hills roof terrace, he chases waves around the world.
