Joe is a corporate advisory and M&A specialist who works across King River’s global investment, governance and fund operations streams.

Joe brings experience from two leading national M&A practices where he advised on complex private transactions across the financial services, insurance, industrials and technology sectors, acting end-to-end on deal structuring, diligence, negotiation and strategic risk management. He also brings firsthand operating experience from his time as general manager of a rapidly scaling accident-management technology business, where he supported the two founders on national expansion, commercial partnerships and strategy. This operational grounding informs his pragmatic style and sharp understanding of how legal decisions play out in businesses.

Joe holds a Master of Laws and a combined Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
